Needing 1.2 Mil to make 8 Mil with 8 days to go. I got this! Felt super strong yesterday and then today- I was doing everything in my power to make it to 350K. Feeling wasted now- Will get a good shower and rest this afternoon. Monday is a new week. Let's press those weight upward and make your goals for 2022 FitFam.
