A change from the usual Monday mania which I could so get used to😎. An afternoon jog along the creek and around the lake ticked all the boxes ✅ 🌞🏃‍♀️, finishing up with a little yin to ease these ageing limbs🧘‍♀️. Have a great and safe new week.
