Well the kids' football and soccer seasons are officially over for this season.....bittersweet, it's definitely been an emotional season, especially for my youngest 🥺..... but on a good note I got in a killer bis, tris, and shoulders workout today💪

EACH DAY IS A NEW OPPORTUNITY TO IMPROVE YOURSELF. TAKE IT. AND MAKE THE MOST OF IT. Such a fun Saturday! We helped pass out Halloween candy at our church’s Trunk or Treat event! Then attended a cool organ concert 🎵 featuring a Silent movie of Dracula, composed by the Organist! It was so great to hang out with lots of families and friends! UPDATE: Wrapped up workout-6 of the week with a 5-25 Cardio on our home Stationary bike. No 90s or 95% scored, but did score 85% of my peak Heart Rate for my age on Sets 2, 3, 4 and 5!
