Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today for my Monday gym kickoff. Isolation edition. Fun with dumbbells and cables. Did 4 sets of steeply inclined DB press, 4 sets of steeply inclined DB flies, 4 sets of cable iron crosses (facing the machine), 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of pec flies on the pec deck (the one where you squeeze with your forearms, 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward) and 4 sets of V-bar triceps push-downs. No huge numbers to report today. Sleep was terrible last night and my shoulder was feeling sore. Took the iron crosses up to 115 lbs x 10 and the crossovers to 120. Hope that everyone had a smooth Monday. Hope you're keeping healthy and your community isn't caught up in this latest chaos. As if Corona curfews weren't enough. Have a great week everyone! Bob

My highlight of my day is speaking with my two nephews . I could listen to them talk forever🥰😍💋💞💯 They have made my heart grow so much. I was scared of having children and never wanted them ever! Now I want children after meeting my spouse and seeing how he is with my nephews.🥰. My heart grew more with my fiance watching them all interact with each other.I can now say they are our nephews. I love the messages my nephews leave on my phone. My heart just sings. I cannot wait to give my babies the biggest freaken hugs. 😍🥰😚. Working out tonight though that makes me happy too😃
