Good morning guys, did my 4 am arms: 4x15's supersets, good session. This is probably old news, but the help center informed me that they're no longer doing any upgrading or maintenance on BS, so it's just going downhill from here...sad sad story for an American company, but yes. So, if I don't post/reply/comment/like please don't think I don't want to. I will though as long as I am able to (one moment it works, the next it doesn't). But if it's the end of the line, you can always find me on fb and IG. So, on that note, hope you all have an awesome Wednesday - keep up the good work! :D

Whew! 6am workouts are BACK. Ibcan barelybstay conscious at 10pm when I hit the sheets. I LOVE being back in my rhythm.
