LOVE ONE ANOTHER! Let’s examine emotional transformation opportunities. One of the gifts that modern understanding of empathy has brought to us is that to develop an empathetic society, we need to convey to youngsters in ways that aren’t the old way of a “carrot or a stick” meaning shaming & punishing. Instead, clarify the whys of proper behavior, then guide them to feel the insight, the healing thoughts, respect & gratitude. Same amoung adults with human relations. Morality is out. Empathy is in. Let’s take the time to listen & feel the pain that others may need to express to us. Take care to not loose your sence of self in the process. This includes laughing with others. Allow yourself to yawn when you see another person yawn. A brain scan would show mutual lighting up of feel good neurons for you both. A healthier and happier society. UPDATE: Today was HIIT Cardio day on our home stationary bike. It took me 5-Sets of peak effort and recovery. Then I finally got my heart rate up to the pace where the magic happens!
