So my food intake has been increased again this time both carbs and protein 😋 gonna take some getting used to i feel sick at meal 4 🤢 already!! still got more to go.... but I'm rather tall (5'11") with a large frame (I'm big lol) so gotta eat loads 😋 Bodybuilding ain't for everyone 🤣... Meal 4 is shown chicken and wrap Minxy 😈🇬🇧🐾
