Good evening fit fam. Chest and triceps today on the mid-week lunch crunch X-press. Lower and inner chest were the focus. Did: 4 sets of cable crossovers, 4 sets of cable iron crosses, 4 sets of low to hi cable flies, 4 sets of pec flies on two different pec decks (the one where you squeeze with your forearms, and the one that doubles as a reverse fly), 4 sets of machine triceps extensions, 4 sets of overhead triceps rope extensions (low and leaning forward), and 4 sets of two arm DB triceps kickbacks with a hammer curl finish. Took the cable crossovers up to 140 lbs x 10. 125 on the iron crosses. What really kicked my butt today though were the low to hi cable flies. Positioned cables and bench heights to best hit the targets in the bullseye. Hope that everyone had a great day. Have a great night! Bob
