35 min yoga. Lol first time doing yoga lol my balance is off. Anxiety and stress levels been really high lately . Working out doesnt seem to help as much lately . Gotta figure something else out .

Boom smashed through the gates of the house of pain!! Taking it to the next level. Complex sets all movements performed without setting the weights down. Rest after each round 4 minutes. Performed 5 rounds DB Jump Squats 3 sets x 20 reps x 4kg DB Stiff Leg Dead’s 3 sets x 20 reps x 14kg Single Kettlebell Windmills 3 sets x 20 reps x 3kg DB Alt Lunge 3 x 20 reps x 8kg “And We Danced” The Hooters
