Hello fitfam, as many of you know New Zealand or rather my city has been on a very long lockdown. The left photo is the result of a decision I made within the first week to reverse diet due to hitting a wall with both my training and nutrition. The physical and mental strain of having to let go of my physique was extremely difficult but i wanted to continue my training at home and fuel my body and allow it to do what it needed to. After careful consideration of what I wanted from my body from both an asthetic and physical view I decided that im ultimately more happy with a more slender physique. Yes, not all of us girls want a huge ***. I would prefer that my body is in proportion 🤣 i am four and a half weeks into a cut, another 4 ish to go and then im going to continue with my boxing training and start with a lean bulk. Im happy with my right photo which i took this afternoon and look forward to the next half of this training programme. Hopefully more fat loss! How is everyone doing?

Just wany to show some love to my gym crush. Shes been killing it in her eorkouts lately. We met trsinjng and havent got to workout in a while together. I miss it. But shes been doing great finding the time with her busy schedule, to make sure to stay consistant and gonat keadt 3 times per week! You’doing great babe!

I FINALLY got a workout done at The Iron Office gym ! It's the "big boys and girls gym" in Central California. Notice the 200 lbs dumbbells ... Pretty impressive! Delts and Traps Day! It's a really cool place, especially for legs and chest day (which will happen there over the next few days!) ➡️I didn't have a camera stand, so I had to improvise on the photos ... I couldn't quite get the lighting to work in my favor. But just know ... I am hurting! ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
