I have to say I am more inspired by the ladies than the men. Sorry guys. I have a lot of physical issues which make workouts tough. So I look for people around me to keep me going, regardless of how I feel. They never know they are pushing me because I don’t bother anyone. I just watch how hard they are going and quietly match or exceed it. My sister and me when were kids
