Good evening fit fam. Legs today for my Thursday lunch escape. Fab five. Standard workout. Did 5 sets of hack squats, 5 sets of straight line leg press, 5 sets of leg extensions, 5 sets of seated calf raises, and 5 sets of lying hammie curls. Happy numbers for today were. 500 lbs x 10 on the straight line leg press, 200 x 10 on the hack squats, and 170 x 10 on the leg extensions. Hope that everyone had a great day. One more Friday freestyle to go to call it a week! Have a great night! Bob
