TRANSFORMATION TUESDAY: Left 7.23.19 @ 220 lbs/ middle 4.28.20 @ 187.2 lbs/ Right 5.22.20 @ 177.6 lbs. CURRENT GOAL - 160 lbs. Hard to believe i looked like this a year ago.

Kind of a half asssed cardio. Cant wear runners because my runners tore up my heel. Hopefully I can get a longer walk in later.

I do have on clothes the crop for the pic is just so uughhh💯. This is my start point tho so follow me. Lets see where this takes us. Check progress in 4 weeks. Oh and this is done at home with only 0-45lbs dumbells.

Workout would post, figures- Major struggle bus today. Just couldnt find the motivation to work out. My mantra for days like these is "these are the days champions train". Gives me a little kick in the @ss to be stronger than my excuses. 😁 Hopefully the last week of at home workouts before the gym opens back up. This may be the most challenging week yet.

Just received my 2.5 lbs (Night) Rogue TacTec Plate Carrier Vest & weighted Rogue vest plates (O) 3.75 lbs each, (R) 5.75 lbs each & (B) 8.75 lbs each. All combined 39 lbs. Can not WAIT to start adding this to my cardio runs. Gotta get ready for those “Battle Miles” (virtual) obstacle course races I am going to do.
