After putting on a whopping 40+lbs in lockdown, I finally pulled my finger out of my bumhole and a few weeks ago and got a grip of myself. And now gyms have re-opened finallyyyyy! Shoulders and steady-state cardio yesterday, arms and SSC today. Tomorrow we do legs and more SSC. I will be beautiful again 😂
