Have surgery tomorrow on my left leg again . Went out hiking at nearby waterfalls and trails . Plan to resume a path forward with fitness goals beginning in another week . No excuses

I assembled the "AB Coaster Pro Max" last night. Just in time for tonight's scheduled Core workout. I gave it a little test run and YIKES....seems to hit the Abs dang good.
