Had a relaxing day. Went for a walk in the sun first thing in the AM, following a slow stretch yoga routine, then relaxed at home for a while. Got a sport massage in the afternoon. Body feels better now. Enjoy the weekend, fit fam ☺️❤️

My muscle memory is crazy, as I've adding heavy weight, and more heavy weight mmt body responds after about to sets and wants more, the fibers are firing up.
