Hi friends, 4 am legs and abs done- 4 sets, supersets, light / bodyweight...happy knee. Checked- still can't reply or comment...this is stupid...ty Robert and Roland for your support guys! Been thinking...for my b-day on 23 May I would like all my BS friends to be here...that should be fab to just see all of you together. But keep in mind, the trip will not be for sissies...you will have to fight paperwork, covid, but once you reach Cape Town, the hardships will be over - so who likes a challenge!? Happy Tuesday guys 🤣👍

Evening all. Well seems my notifications is not working. Hasn't for a few days. Anyway back on patrols this week and now have to monitor the pool for intruders. Not open yet until Health Inspectors check it out. Haven't trained Oscar in awhile since he was back in school. But had found out a few days ago, thanks to a teacher at the JROTC who knew he had covid. Infected Oscar and a couple other students. At least his parents got the vaccine and tested negative. Oscar is doing okay, just hates being quarentined. So i keep checking on him through his mom. Anyway, you all have a great night. Tomorrow have to hit shoulders and triceps👊

Busiest couple of months of my life. Stopped training, sleeping and started drinking daily. I feel like **** and look terrible. Day 1. 20 min indoor bike.
