Had a solid pull-day routine this morning. Seeing a better development of my back due to exercise modifications with additional or tweaked movements. A significant exercise which brought a better development of my back is the narrow grip rocking pull-downs with arms tightly addicted to my sides - it places maximal stretch on the lats. Additionally, I have included face pulls on back and pull days which enhanced: my rotator cuff and shoulder mobility and ROM, my upper back development and has corrected muscular imbalances.
