Well sports fans Round 2 legz is in the books and I feel surprisingly energetic at the moment but I can feel the DOMS coming because I did reverse pyramids and the start was 40 reps this time normally I start with 50 and end at 10 but I had already smashed some reverse presses on the smith so I was kinda compromised already plus adduction and abduction work prior to those. And can I get a shout to just being aware at the gym!! If a person is walking away from an apparatus plain as day why do people still ask if your done? That annoys me to no end... Anyhow Get yours!!!
