Starting up my own business has been a great experience. Not being able to lift as heavy and hard not so great. But I am sure that soon my endurance will build up and the muscle soreness won't interfere with giving the best massages possible. On a brighter note my hands are stronger than when I started up in October.

A rest day today of just abs, calves, and cardio, so here’s a transformation Tuesday I posted yesterday on IG. This is from Jan 2018 to earlier this month. The 2018 pic was at 179 lbs, the lowest weight ever in my adult life to the current weight of 204. I signed up with my coach in August of 2017 at a weight of 216 lbs. He dieted me down to that weight, and started the rebuilding process. I’m hoping I can add a few more pounds to my frame in the months ahead. The plan is to finally compete in July.
