Day 2 of HEW done! Thinking i may do the murph on memorial day! Still running and weightlifting but wanted to add another challenge!

05/18 - Legs Today was one of those rare days where I got to start off with leg presses, then stiff leg deadlifts, seated leg curls and leg extensions. Finished up with hyper extensions.
