Today (Week 4 - Day 24 of Kris’ 12 week transformation program) only has 3 shoulder 🦾 exercises with added weight and half reps. I guess Kris Gethin really likes a shoulder pump ➡️ dedicating an entire day to it. I do like Kris Gethin’s workouts though. I have followed his programs with excellent results. Not only physical results but quality of life 🧬. Letting go of all unnecessary baggage and getting strong in all areas of life. 🔋 Now as I continue to recover from my injury and gradually regain my strength, I remember how good these programs are at helping you get that mental strength/power back. There’s always that superhero 🦹🏻‍♀️inside of all of us! We got this!
