irs been a long time since i came back to here, the pandemic has been extreemly difficult for me, in july i tore my clavicle muscle and lapis from my shoulder, had surgery it went went well, i had PT til december got the okay to begin working out again, slipped a fell on black ice, not as fit as i was before, gained but i like my new thicness, bulking on the strong man motivation here. I'm bruised my ego more than the pain in my rump area, full lumbar MRI later, im okay to continue with my leg PT, and working on defining myself again, adding a bit more muscle up top and re improving my legs since my DVT's and hypercoagulation issue, as well as newly discovered PE in my lungs as well as something called Klinefelters geneic disorder, and Erythrositosis yes i got a crapload of overhwlming health issuses not complicated by my diabetes , but im discovering im not half as bad as other senior citizens my age, according to AARP, lol. Anyway the road to recovery and exercise is key to fit me
