Not a snapchat filter 🤣 finally was able to do the metabolic test! Again, the easiest test I ever done! My experience was awesome! Im blessed the military allows dependas to take advantage of the wellness programs they offer! Great for soldiers and family! This test was 15 minutes long, all I had to do was fast 5 hrs, and not exercise for 15 hrs before visit, and laid here in deep thought. I didnt feel air pressure like I did in the bod pod, but I did feel like a fish in a tank or an astronaut 🤣 after test, i sat down with the provider and went over my results! If you are motivated by numbers and interested in tracking progress, i highly recommend doing a bod pod and metabolic test to see where you are at! In 4 months i should be able to stay on track to reach my fitness goal! Ive been on Bodyspace for a few years now, took me a long time to shake off my depression and health issues, i thank you fitfam for your guidance, support, & patience! I look forward to share my journey more and keep you up to date with progress pics! Im aware this pic isnt the most flattering, but i was having fun ❤
