New knee brace who dis?? Arm day with weights heavier than the hobbits holding bricks!! To all the REAL ones, not pretenders, salute and stay focused.. you're gonna go thru pain with shoulder,ACL,MCL issues quitting isn't an option, never a flippin option. Been mostly off this week due to being sick (thankfully not covid!!!). Still manged to lift heavy today, bit heres hoping ill be back to my pre lockdown weights in a few weeks 💪💪
