After work, bit of boxing to warm up then whizzed through supersets of back and chest, chucked in bit of core. Super impressed with everyone's efforts this week. The weekend is here, woooooo ✊🏼😄 Happy Friyay, fit fam ☺️

Good Morning and Happy Flex Friday! Phase 2 of shortcut to Shred. On last set of each exercise, include this routine: lift weight to failure Rack weight, fast skip 20 seconds Lift weight to failure Drop weight by 20%-lift to failure. This should be fun! Have a GREAT day!

Hi guys, rest day here, think my legs earned it, well actually they told me so yesterday evening lol. Dr removed my stitches this morning, but instructed me "still no heavy lifting for 2 more weeks". Just have to make the most of it... On a lighter note we're having a hilarious time with all the comments re ou new business from municipality through to people in the street! Can't wait for tomorrow! Hope you all have a fab Friday :D

I was hoping to get everyones opinion on what i should do about my knee. My right knee started hurting a week ago but only while doing certain exercises. NOW its hurting all the time no matter what i do, and its ruining my sex life! Lol please what do i need to do to make it stop hurting 🤦🏽‍♀️
