Took a week off to take the kids camping and hiking in the Highlands. Even kept up the daily HIIT cardio but no weights. Back at it next week with week 8 of Shortcut to Size. Have a great weekend ♥️

I got my lashes back! Feeling much better with them. Not loving the heat though, its messing with my workouts. Still running but weights are not going so well. Hopefully it will be back to normal temps soon.
