Hola! From ibiza town ☀️❤️ I’m on a much needed break! I took the week off exercise and i’m eating at maintenance so I could enjoy myself more. I’ve already ate too much ben & jerrys and M&Ms haha i don’t normally eat gluten, dairy or sugar but I couldn’t resist haha Happy Wednesday to you all, hope y’all have a great workout and day! ❤️💪🏻

Moan and groan, but, ****, I am glad to be back in the gym .. five months since I have done legs, and it was legs and lats this morning - squats, leg presses, rows, leg curls, pull downs .. wiped, yes, but feeling all the better for it
