Legs on Wednesday and then we came to Noblesville, Indiana this weekend and hit legs again at Lifetime Fitness with my brother-in-law, nephew, niece, wife, son, and my oldest daughter. Didn't bother tracking, but just going with the flow of their workout.

still here, still grindin’. prep for the big move east coast to west coast. 2023 gonna be epic. training to build my home and pursue an off grid, self sustaining lifestyle. the weights, the resistance, is the easiest thing you’ll do in your fitness journey. all about the diet and mindset. build your temple wit things to make it last or build it wit **** and witness it all fall apart before its your time. keep yourself surrounded wit like minded ppl and good vibes flowin’. dont get yourself caught in the water when the government flushes the bowl. its coming. goal crushin’ lets keep gettin’ it fam💪🏻💪🏻
