Well I may not be able to use my arm or lift but I committed to do this challenge for all those who have endured cancer. My first half of this challenge is dedicated to my aunt shelia. She was amazing and I miss her every day. The other half of this challenge goes out to my mama who is strong and has kicked breast cancers *** this year!!! Day 1 of 50 squats completed
