Chest and Back Day. ... Again! My old standby! My left forearm did great today. I might be on the road to recovery! On flat bench dumbbell presses, I hit a new/old PR of 85 x 10! I supersetted them all with Pull-ups .... Got 10 reps x 3 sets (getting back to volume). On the dumbbell incline, I hit a PR of 75 x10 each with Lying T-bar Rows at 110lbs . I did decline barbell presses at 155 & 175 x 12; 205 x 5 with cable rows at 160 (am old/new PR!). I also tried a deep breathing technique in an attempt to increase strength. I think it worked! I tried the Land Mine Chest Press for the upper chest. It's different, but I'll willing to work with it if I see some good chest growth. I did my 22 push-ups for our Veterans and those suffering from PTSD. Overall ... It was an outstanding wutorkout, considering that I had done a heavy chest and back day there days prior! I need opinions. Someone posted on Facebook asking if anyone wanted to lose 20 lbs in a week for free. I’m not sure but I am thinking that losing that much in a week is not healthy. Thoughts please?
