Chest and Delts Day at the House of #rippedbyrivastrainingcenter My trainer, @isaiahh710 ... Again ... Killed me ... Chest and Delts. Got a good pump, even though towards the end of each sequence, I was tiring out.😤 Do I see striations 💪 on the chest?!🤔 ➡️ The Delts don't look too bad!👍 My coach, @mrrivas09 doing what he does best ... Sending out the house music!🎶 ➡️ I did a set of 22s for our Vets and those suffering from depression. (And these were tough today!) I am always around if you need an ear. 👂🙏 Please be kind and supportive. 🤗 You could be someone's best day ever! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Always RACK YOUR WEIGHTS! 🏋️ Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
