Had to take a few days off due to a back injury but back at it this morning. Did 45 min. of cardio rowing/ and stair stepper and did some body weight exercises along with a light kettle bell work out. Back is still not 100 % but i figured something is better than nothing. They say keep moving with a back injury so i did the best i could. The last few days though was **** near debilitating. Glad its finally easing up!
