Went on what i thought was a three day trip to London last week only to get Covid. Thankfully very mild symptoms that went away quickly. I spent 5 nights in a hotel and then salvaged what I could for rest if the week and im thankful for an understanding boss for letting me stay long enough to do the trip I wanted to do. I got one measily workout in over there but now im happy to be back full force this week! Hope everyones week off to a good start!

Tried day one. Honestly skipped the bottom three. It's a start. And on a Monday. For me that's a win lately. Added in band work to make sure I feel it in the morning. 😊
