MAPS phase II week 6.. glad when this one is over! MAPS matrix lunges 4x18🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼🖕🏼 Renegade row to push up 4x10-15(12,12,10,10) One arm KB squat press 4x15-20(15,15,15,15) MAPS rotational lunge4x10-15(10,10,10,10) DB Russian twist 4x15-20(15,15,15,15) I can’t tell you how much this one sucks. Stick practice earlier today.. It was a beautiful day- SO nice to be outside. Bo loves being outside as much as I do-he’s in the corner happily hanging out while I practice!
