Holiday weekended is over. Completed lets this morning. Couldn't sleep between 3 and 4 so I took some time to prepare. Lifted some new weights. Including barbell glute bridges with 149 lbs. My pool is done. Just have put in clear water then later enjoy later. Maybe 'll throw a pool/BBQ party too. That will come later.
