Hello amigos. Hope you are doing well and that your families are all safe and healthy. The past few days I have been out of it. Working the evening shift -- getting of at 2300 hrs and finding the gumption to break sweat hasn't been in me. That's when I have to keep the promise to myself. I gave it a go...., and I was glad a did. I have to find my grunt and move past the mental block and the physical laziness and always prompt myself to do the work. Happy turkey day.
