Be led by the dreams in your heart! THURSDAY UPDATE: Pumped out a 5-25 Upper Body Workout at home. Very challenging using a couple of 30-pound DBs on the Row exercises! Plus my second day to use the 25-lb dumbbells on Sets 3, 4 and 5! Woot!
