Day#38/Session#34 Legs/Traps/ Calves Meal#1 before Session. Lastnight was my cheat meal (Pizza) made me feel like ish today but was able to make it thru with the help of coach pushing me hard today… Was super hard to get thru today had alot of suprasets and quad focus.
