Today I just did some fasted cardio this morning and stretched out that’s all I thank god for helping me push through all I did do my body knows it’s fall cause my knee was hurting me I’m guessing it’s got arthritis in it from the wreck cause it bothers me when it’s cooler seasons and I’m not wearing pants or a knee brace to keep compression on it.
