Happy TerrificTuesday!!! The thought for today is instead of focusing on what’s wrong spend sometime focusing on what’s right. Usually when we focus on what’s right we have a healthier outlook and mindset on life. Negativity breeds negativity and positivity breeds positivity. The workout today was 45 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes of landmine squats with a lift at the top.
