What's up Fit Peeps?! I see y'all puttin in that work today, and y'all are freakin killin it. Nice dang job everyone! I slayed that cardio dragon this morning for 1 hr/3.49 miles. I'm blaming my flu shot for the slow pace...just cause that's all I can really think of. Anyway, I just finished arms in the iron dungeon, and I'm pretty happy with things there. Strength, stamina...it's all coming back slowly but surely. Just wish I could go to a real gym now. Ok, I hope y'all have a great evening. Keep on rolling y'all...keep on rollin!!!!
