I am coming back with a vengeance. So you ask what have I been doing during my convalescing period? I've taking my meds and drinking all kind prescribed sick syrup like protien shakes, drank lots of water and binging on a TV series on Netflix called "Into The Badlands". Next time someone shares their sickness with me in the gym I'm going to go cough and spread snot all over every piece of equipment I use out of revenge. Share workout tips not GERMS you selfish not think of other MFers!! Come back in Hyper BEAST MODE. Currently in my home gym test myself out before tomorrow's official return.
