Worked 9 hrs today on project, slept 1.5 hrs, then got up and dug deep. At 2.67 Mil with three days to go to mid-month, so looking like 3 Mil + by the 15th. Yes I needed that rest, but afterwards, I really needed that lifting session. Make it count and count it out FitFam.
