My weekend! No workouts all weekend and today ... Just exhausted. On Saturday I attended the Fresno Classic Bodybuilding Show. It was a smaller show than usual, but entertaining nonetheless! The gals and guys brought their "A" Game! I've included just two photos of the Men's 50+ ... These guys looked great! I needed to see for myself what it would take to get to that level of preparation. It would take a lot. ➡️Afterwards, my gym buddy and I went out to the local winery that makes the best pizza ever ... And had pizza and wine! The winery had an vocalist, who added a spirited ambiance to the large crowd. ➡️Later that afternoon (and Sunday) ... Tractor work for Benny. The dust did a number on my sinuses ... Kicked my butt today (again ... No workout, even today). No Hex Bar squats ... I'll catch up throughout the week. But I did put in a two mile walk (to justify all of the bad eating from the weekend!) ➡️I did two sets of 22s for our Vets and those who suffer from depression tonight, though! People ... Please follow the rules ... All the time!😷 Now GET YOUR COVID SHOT💉(I did!) ... GO WASH YOUR HANDS! 🧽🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️🖐️ Still WEAR YOUR MASK! (Even after getting the shot) 😷😷😷 DON'T BE STUPID.... CLEAN UP AFTER YOURSELF ... And for Pete's sake ... STAY SAFE! #stayinplace 🇺🇲 #iostoacasa 🇮🇹 #ficaemcasa 🇵🇹 Do a set for the cause, would ya?! It's a good thing!
