Hi Everybody, I made another sheet pan meal prep for my lunch this week. Turned out pretty good, but pretty spicy. Today was day 2 of the new program. Core and cardio intervals. It was good! I modified a bit and took out some jumping. Tomorrow is upper body. Hope you all have a great night! 🌙❤️ .
