Day 5 - so did amazing had ot all planned out with a healthy lunch ....then got so slammed at work as my stomach was peactically eating itself I was so hungry & didn’t have time to heat my lunch up and snacking on protein snacks wasn’t cutting it. I had to run a work errand for the owner & pick up his lunch so I just ordered a small salad & half a sandwich wasn’t the healthiest choice but drank my 1 gallon lf water for the day. I came home did a 1 hr Cardio & Ab workout which burned about 525 calories & had my healthy dinner. Rest day um I think not! However tomorrow is my offical Rest day 1 day a week I will continue to eat clean & finally relax then resume working out on Day 7. 😌💪🏼

So it’s been a week, can put some of my weight on my leg, it looks like a hairline fracture with some damaged ligaments... knee swelling has gone down some and I’m able to move it around a little.... crutches suck so as soon as I can walk without them I’m back in the gym.

Happy it’s Friday😆 & got the 2️⃣✌🏽🏃🏻‍♀️. It’s been another busy week 👩🏻‍🍳 not a bad one though. I usually don’t have bad ones or try not. Your Perspective & Attitude sets the tone in anything you do in life from your fitness, family, marriage, personal & even work. You can never be happy or get out of a rut if all you want to see is negative 🧐🤔. I try to see the positive even if it’s not always not easy. It’s change a lot on how I see & do things.
