Thought i would do something new, neglected cardio for a while since i been body building i just been lifting and eating lol. Wanna keep my heart in check, well tonight i did my first crossfit workout. Did Fran, seemed easy, i guess i oushed to hard and puked, man my heart rate got up there. Crossfit is serious, i think im in live but still gonna bodybuild, just do crossfit 3 days a weak for cardio purposes

Home gyms finally up and running and for literally maybe $200 and a ton of swapping, thrift shopping, garage sales. But other than a decent cardio machine and some heavier weights i have a fantastic setup! When they gonna fix the blue man emails??
