I mean so the tempature dropped here in Vail AZ and we normally run over 100 constantly during the high point of the year, the months of July,August and even into September but what is funny is when the giant smelting plant is turned off, walking outside during the day at any time pretty much and it turns cool 91.0 I am almost reaching for a jacket...... Reminds me of being in Kuwait and Saudi actually Afg. Irq not so bad thing is with those areas I was to concerned about VBIEDS, IEDS Smalll Arms Fire rock throwers and that Smell....Oh that Smell..... Anyhow be safe all Vell

Chest day with some abs and core thrown in. I formally signed on today to be a coach for Virginia Capital Fitness’ marathon training team this winter. There goes every weekend from December thru April, but I’d be running anyways so... might as well spend those months giving back and helping others achieve their goals. Covid-19 may cause gyms to close, but running is never cancelled. 💪💁🏼‍♀️
