Nice lil session tonight up London, leg press max 270kg/595lb, leg extensions max 110kg/242lb, single leg, leg curl max 35kg/77lb, glutes 100kg/220lb, inner/outta thigh max 96kg/211lb and calf raise machine 125kg/275lb. I growled a bit loud on the glutes, spooked some chap 🤣🤣. Now big bowl of pasta.. gotta eat more food! (Been told off) Minxy 😈🐾🇬🇧
